MT6200CW Binocular Epi-fluorescent LED Compound Microscope
Epi-fluorescence and brightfield illumination are included in this binocular biological microscope with phase contrast, darkfield and polarizing options. The core is Meiji's inifinity corrected optical system combined with four semi-apochromat plan objectives (F4x, F10x, F40xS, F100xS oil) set in a quintuple nosepiece and a choice of two super wide field high eye point eyepieces (SWF10x, SWF15x, SWF20x).
The viewing head is inclined a comfortable 30 degrees and includes inter-pupillary adjustment of 53-75mm and diopter on the left eye tube for convenient individual eye adjustments. A large ceramic-coated mechanical stage measures 191mm x 149mm with an XY range of movement of 100mm x 100mm. The stage has right-hand, drop down coaxial controls.
The included condenser is Abbe 1.25 N.A with iris diaphragm and dovetail mount. An optional Zernike condenser is available for phase work as are U-plan objectives. The 100W mercury, epi-fluorescent illuminator has six modular positions for filter cubes with Basic Blue, Basic Green and an U excitation cubes included.
The blue and green cubes are designed for viewing a single fluorochrome while the green is recommended for use with mercury lamp only. Kohler illumination is powered by 30W halogen on this model with universal voltage.
